Todd “Shorty” William Riley, Sr., 46, of Oakland, MD, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born April 3, 1975; son of the late Royce and Kathy Eubanks Riley.

Todd is survived by his two sons, Skylar Riley and fiancé Salid of Fairmont and Todd “TJ” William Riley, Jr. of Morgantown; three siblings, Mike Riley, Tonya and Patrick Eubanks, all of Oakland MD.

In keeping Todd’s wishes, he will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made be made to his Care Fund on his memorial page.
