Shane Richard Detore

Shane Richard Detore, 50, of Greensburg, PA passed away at JW Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV on January 13, 2022. He was born in Greensburg on January 17, 1971.

Shane graduated high school and married his wife of twenty-two years, Lorie Ann Kuhns Detore, on September 11, 1999. Shane owned and operated South Main Landscape Supply and South Main Country Store for many years. He was also a part time police officer for over twenty years. Shane loved to work and had a strong work ethic. Shane and his wife, Lorie, owned numerous Shar-Pei dogs over the years, which he loved very much. Shane also loved his children and enjoyed spending time with them as often as he could.

In addition to his wife, Shane is survived by his daughter, Ashlan Grace Detore, Greensburg, PA; one son, Sage Preston Detore, Greensburg, PA; one step daughter, Jillian Nicole Blaszkowski, Los Angelas, CA; one aunt, Concetta “Connie” Jones, Charleroi, PA; and one uncle, David “Dave” Detore and companion, Shirley Messaros, North Huntington, PA.

Shane was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sirio and Irene Detore; uncle, Robert "Bobby" Detore.
