Penny Sue Talkington, 47 of Sutton formerly of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away on August 18, 2018 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born June 9, 1971 in Boston, MA, daughter of Rondal R and Reba J Wine. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sons, Brandon and Cory Talkington; daughter, Samantha Smith; brother, Randy Ray Wine. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sandy K Wine.
