Judy Ann Mullins

Judy Ann Mullins, 70, of Flemington passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 5, 1951 in Washington, D.C., the daughter of the late Oliver and Ruby Greene Mullins.

Judy is a Philip Barbour High School Graduate. Upon graduation, Judy pursed many activities and continued her education  and completed her Master’s in Psychology at West Virginia University in her 40’s. One of her most cherished hobbies was crocheting.

Judy is survived by her three children, Jen-naye Shaw and husband, James Hays, Galloway, WV, William Shaw and wife, Tammy, of Nutter Fort, WV, and Natasha Wilmouth, Beulaville, NC; five grandchildren, Kayla Golden and husband Davan, Ramseur, NC, Anthony Shaw, NY, Ivy Shaw, NC, Athena Nasser and Apollo Wilmouth, NC; three sisters, Melony Wilson, Elkins, WV, Angela Allen Mullins, TN and Beverly Burr, Buckhannon, WV.

Anyone wishing to honor her memory should donate to their local animal shelter in her name. Her dogs were always a cherished part of her life.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the family home.
