Janet Lee Clark, 62 of Weston, passed away on July 23, 2021 at Crestview Manor Nursing and Rehab. She was born April 11, 1959 in Westerly, RI daughter of the late Joseph and Natalie MacDonald Ballata. Janet was a LPN at Holbrook Nursing Home and Crestview Manor. She is survived by 3 children, Travis Clark, and Cassi Clark both Weston and Traci Clark, Austin, TX; five grandchildren, Trent, Calee, Nero, Amira, Shaylia; brothers, Joseph and Jay Ballata; sisters, Joy Kenyon and Johanna Ballata; several nieces and nephews.
