Debra Lynne Neptune, 63, of Fairmont, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Pierpont Genesis. She was born on August 5, 1959 in Kansas City, MO, Daughter of the late William “Bill” Taylor and Sara Rex.

Debra loved collecting Wizard of OZ items and being outdoors.

Debra is survived by her husband, Richard Allen Neptune; one son, Billy McClain of Kansas City, MO; two grandchildren, Justina and Damien; one sister.

In addition to her parents, Debra is preceded in death by one brother.
