Charlotte Virginia McCarty

Charlotte Virginia McCarty, 76 of Mt. Clare passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at her residence. She was born May 18, in Clarksburg, WV; the daughter of the late Charles V. and Martha Mae Hyman Dixon.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, Russell Rex McCarty; three children, Russell Alan McCarty and wife Maxine of Clarksburg, Micheal Adam McCarty and wife Angel of Mt. Clare, and Tammy Lynn Greathouse and husband Bradley Lee of Mt. Clare; four grandchildren, Jenna Lynn McCarty and partner Robin Choo from Lakewood, WA, Justin Wayne McCarty and fiancee McKenna Keller of Clarksburg, Amanda Lorraine James and husband Matthew of Fairmont, and Zackery Michael McCarty and wife Adara of Marysville OH; four great grandchildren; seven siblings, Harold Dixon and wife Sue of Clarksburg, David Dixon of Bridgeport, Jesse Dixon and wife Debbie of Anmore, Sandy Swentzel and husband Vance of Nutterfort, Alice Carter of Sunvalley, Patty Bland of Sunvalley and Janet Galan and husband Joe of Anmore; and numerous other relatives.

Per Charlotte request cremation services were provided. 

The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice for their wonderful care of their loved one.
