She was born July 10, 1955 in Reading, PA daughter of Darlene Kathryn Andstadt Fox McCloud Moser of Shillington, PA and the late John Fox. She is survived by four siblings, Virginia Stacherski, Melrose, FL, Crickett Fox, Keystone Heights, FL, Jody Cullen, Big Pine Key, FL, and Destry McCloud, Kileen, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Carroll. Affordable Funeral and Cremation Center handled the cremation for the Carroll family.
