Jerry Fitzhugh Obituary

Jerry Lee Fitzhugh, 72, of Farmington passed away August 22, 2019 following a long illness. He was born in Ida May, West Virginia on December 20, 1946 to the late Theodore Q. Fitzhugh and Beatrice V. Dove.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Rowena Fitzhugh; five children, Jerry Ward Stevenson and Wife Dora of Trenton, OH, Crystal Ann-Lee Fitzhugh of Friday Harbor, Washington, Jerena Lee Turner of Clarksburg, Shadow J. Lynn of Flemington, Jerry Alan Patrick Westfall; half brothers and sisters; Mary Ann Holder of Missouri, BJ Lockhart of California; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by his son Jeremiah David Fitzhugh and half brothers, John Frederick Lockhart, Jack Lockhart, Joe Lockhart, Jeff Lockhart, and John Lockhart II.

Per Jerry’s request, he will be cremated.
